1. How do I find the item I want to buy?
Find on home page the category of the item you want to buy (in the category list on the top of the page below the site title), move your mouse to the category name such as "NFL Jerseys", you will see a list of sub-categories. Choose the one your item belongs to, and you will to transferred to the product page. You can choose the item you want to buy here.

2. How do I place an order?
After click the item you are looking for, select size and fill in quantity, and then click Add to Cart. Review the items in your shopping cart. Enter coupons or discount codes if you have any. When you are ready, click Proceed to Checkout. Choose your check out method as guest or registered customer(registered customers can log in from the right page). Click Continue and you will be transferred to the payment page. Please indicate the destination for the product, the method of payment and the billing address. Review your order information. You may edit your address and payment information. Select "Process Order" to complete checkout. Do not forget to keep the order information in a secure place in case that you may need to check your order status.

3. How do you send my purchased items?
We send your purchased items through different shipping methods. The shipping fee is included in our items prices and you do not need to pay extra money for shipping. It will take 3-5 days to for the item to arrive to the location you give us.

4. How to track an order?
If you are a registered member at stoneislandclothes.com, you may track your order using the "Order Inquiry" link. Or, our Customer Service can help you track your order.

5. Payment Information
We receive both credit cards as form of payment online.

6. Shipping Information
You can choose shipping your purchased items to the billing address or different address on the Billing Information Page. If the shipping address is different from your billing address, you will have to write a new address on Shipping Information page.
It usually takes 3-5 days for the products to arrive at your address. For Customized items, it may take one extra week for customizing.

7. Cancel and Change Requests
If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact our online service as soon as possible. Registered customers can cancel or change their orders directly by managing "My Orders". We will do everything we can to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee that your request will be honored due to real time order processing. If an order has already entered the shipping process, we will not be able to cancel the order. If your order cannot be cancelled, you may contact our live service to arrange shipping back.

8. Registering Information
Registering online is a quick and easy process. Registering enables you to:

* Option to receive exclusive offers and product information via email
To register, select "NEW USER" at the top of any page on stoneislandclothes.com.
If you have signed up for an account on our website and want update account information, click "My Account" at the top of the screen. You'll be able to update your mailing address, your email address, your email preferences, change your password and check orders.

9. Receiving Emails
You can sign up for newsletters by offering your email address on main catalog page. Our emails are designed to give you important information on exclusive offers, product promotions, and sales.
Each promotional email that is sent to you contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of the email.
